Our Precision Homes team take a 9-Step approach with you, to develop your dream home.
From working with you to assess your land options while also considering your current and future home wants and needs, we then journey through to concept designs, selection choices with our interior design team, and the development of 3D walk-throughs so you can feel immersed and fully understand the components of your new home before taking the next steps.
We then oversee the planning and Council approval process, before commencing the construction phase with a dedicated Precision Homes project manager who will be available to answer any of your questions over the coming months, during business hours and beyond.
Whether you have chosen Precision Homes, to design and construct a pool or landscaped areas, or chosen another option, we would have already integrated the outdoor concepts into your overall home design. This outdoor integration step is important to prepare your home to meet Building code and requirements for items such as waterproofing doorways, decks and balconies, even if you will use another landscape company.
The penultimate step is hand-over – that moment where we pass you the keys to your dream home, and you get to settle into your luxe new construction. The final stage in our build process is our After-Care phase. During this time, as you settle in, our team will be accessible to immediately work on any maintenance items that may emerge. We include this step as part of our build process, so that you can have confidence in our ongoing commitment to you.
