Precision Homes are an outstanding builder and built us a forever home. Like all customers, we had a plethora of choice, to the point of interviewing four architects & considering all company structures & styles. PH stood out at the beginning with William’s passion and personal contact and involvement in the design. PH do the design in-house and what we hugely appreciated was that the designer was also the builder. This ensures what is designed is essentially costed at the same time – a huge benefit. PH also focuses on building a smaller volume of homes and this appealed to us. We didn’t want to be a number and one of dozens of builds on the go.
