We were proud to receive the “Residential Design” award at the 2024 South Australia Housing Industry Association (HIA) Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards. This marks the second consecutive year we have secured this coveted industry accolade. The award recognises the innovative design of our recent Beaumont multi-story home, a true testament to our dedication to pushing boundaries and meeting the unique needs of discerning clients.
The Beaumont home stands out with its ‘reverse living concept’, thoughtfully designed to make the most of the stunning views over Adelaide. This reverse living concept means the main living areas and master suite found their place on the ground floor, with the additional bedrooms and secondary bathroom were artfully situated on the lower ground floor.
