Precisely right awards from HIA Awards night
We were proud to be awarded three prestigious accolades at the 2023 HIA CSR SA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards on Saturday 11 November 2023. Our first award was Winner: HIA 2023 Custom Built Home $1.5-2million for our Beulah Park project, the next award recognised us as the Winner of the HIA 2023 Residential Design – this was won for our Hazelwood Park project – a true reflection of our Managing Director’s passion for design & construction, and to round out the hat-trick we were also awarded as the Winner of the HIA 2023 Townhouse/Villa of the Year Award for our Beulah Park project. Both of our Beulah Park project wins also acknowledged Broadfeather Design for their input in interior design.
Judging criteria from the Housing Industry Association centred around quality of workmanship, design effectiveness of the development and dwellings including environmental sustainability, innovation, and visual & market appeal. Commenting on the sheer number and categories of our accolades, Founder and Director, William Moukachar said, “It’s a great honour to be recognised by leaders in Building & Construction in South Australia – especially with the vast number of entries we were up against. As always, we celebrate this win with our team, and with our discerning customers who value a custom designed home and allow us to integrate innovation in design.”
Our Hazelwood Park win celebrates meticulous design and construction in a modern contemporary style. It reflects a Rationalist design style referenced in early meetings by the homeowners. The team used straight lines to create a feature from every external angle of the home, with deliberate design of the block aspect to ensure the backyard avoided true north. View the gallery here.
Our Beulah Park project win acknowledges the innovative floor plan and construction of this multi-split 5-level home. Standout features within this luxury project include a luxurious wine room, a wellness retreat, an adjoining sauna, a home theatre, and of course a vast range of living spaces – indoor and outdoor – to accommodate busy professionals and their families.
