    At our initial meeting, we will discuss your ideas and incorporate them into a design that will be innovative, unique and extraordinary. Your dream home vision will become a reality during the design phase.

    At the completion of the Design phase the design will be forwarded to our draftsman for the preparation of concept plans for your approval. The great thing about concept plans is that they are not detailed building plans, but plans which can be altered easily and quickly.

    We are open to change and will modify our plans to incorporate your ideas and requirements. We have our own draftsmen who can help create your dream home.
