Company Background:

Precision Homes Pty. Ltd. is a South Australian owned and operated Company which has maintained steady growth since commencing operations in 2004. The Company is committed to building quality environmentally friendly homes with innovative designs, completed on budget and on time. The Company also undertakes extensions or renovations for existing homes.

The Company is proud to be a wholly South Australian owned company and the houses we build are built by South Australians, using as many South Australian products as possible. We currently employ 12 staff and sub contract work to numerous sub contractors.

It is our mission to perform our work with consistency, performance acceptance from our clients and compliance with all relevant requirements being either legislative or client expected. Precision Home’s core priority and vision is to provide our clients with a high quality outcome that will exceed all expectations and will demonstrate our commitment to total client satisfaction. It is our desire and ambition to provide a service that exceeds services and products provided by our competitors.

We have a fully integrated approach to service and quality. We hold extensive policies relating to the building industry in addition to Occupational Health and Safety documentation. Our sub contractors are conversant with our requirements.

At Precision Homes we recognise that the success of our business depends on the quality of our staff; all of which are highly trained and have ready access to management for assistance if required.

What's more, Precision Homes also has a subsidiary company, Precision Cleaning, which currently holds the contract for the cleaning of Transadelaide buses for Torrens Transit, as well as a number of other contracts.

Management:

In our continual endeavour to achieve superior service Precision Homes recognises the importance of an exceptional management structure. To this end the company places great emphasis on management personnel who are:

Staff:

Great emphasis is placed on ensuring the staff at Precision Homes understand and acknowledge the importance of their role within the company, therefore conducting their duties in accordance with the values and ethos which creates a healthy working culture in which successful outcomes are achieved.

The Building Company comprises of:

William Moukachar: Managing Director. William has had over 10 years experience as a Business Owner/Director and is qualified both as a supervisor and builder

Wayne Burford: Site Supervisor. Wayne has been employed in various facets of the building trade for over 20 years. He brings a practical application to the jobs he supervises, and a wealth of experience, thus ensuring that what the client expects, they receive

Simone Moukachar: Administrative Officer. Simone has had extensive administrative experience in the private sector before undertaking her role with Precision Homes.

We have immediate access to an independent estimator in addition to our own estimation computer software.

Quality Assurance:

Precision Homes routinely undertakes quality assurance activities. We are committed to quality service and have undertaken numerous steps to ensure that we provide what is agreed to and expected by our clients.

Actions undertaken to date include:

1. Reformation of the OHW&S Committee
2. Preparing comprehensive OHW&S policies
3. Development of Standard Operating Procedures for equipment used
4. Staff being encouraged to undertake external training, particularly in the OHW&S area
5. Incorporating quality assurance in the duties of the supervisor's duty statement
6. Surveys of our clients to ensure quality services are maintained
7. The screening of sub-contractors to ensure they meet OHW&S requirements
8. Checking licenses of all sub-contractors
9. Vetting of all work undertaken by sub contractors/staff by senior staff members
10. Development of a new computer program to aid our estimation process
11. Annual review of our OHS&W

Builders Licence:

Precision Homes holds a current Builders License, with the Builders License Number of 185105, to carry out the business of Building Work Contracting.
