• You don't have to deal with a salesperson; you actually speak to the builder! The builder knows the building process, what can be done and how it can be done. You get the house you want, not what the salesperson wants to sell you.
• Streamlined Selection Process. At Precision Homes we have created a Streamlined Building Selection process that allows you to go in and choose your selections for your new home from our supplier nearest to you or from the comfort of our office.

At Precision Homes we understand that you want to be living in your new home as soon as possible, our process is designed to have you living in your new home as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We speed up the construction of your new home by doing the following;

• We have our own Draughtsmen on call in order that alterations that may need to be made during the design phase can be done so quickly and easily. We also have the option (at extra cost) of previewing a 3d model of your design so that you can get a better idea of what your design will look like before it is built.
• With our personalised service and speaking directly with the builder we eliminate the unforseen which could potentially delay the building process.
• We commence building your new home within 14 days of final signoff of the contract to purchase, and once work has commenced we complete your new home within 72 days.*
