Your New Home Design: Do you have an idea of what your Dream Home should look like?

Do you have any ideas about special features that will turn an ordinary home into an extraordinary home? We can help you build on your ideas.

At our initial meeting, we will discuss your ideas and incorporate them into a design which will be innovative, unique and 'extraordinary'. The home that you visualize becomes a reality during the design phase.

At the completion of the Design phase the design will be forwarded to our draftsman for the preparation of concept plans for your approval. The great thing about concept plans is that they are not detailed building plans, but plans which allow us to easily-and quickly-enable variations to be made to these plans.

We are open to change and will modify our plans to incorporate your ideas and requirements. We have our own draftsmen who can help create the home that you want

Design Options;

At Precision Homes we understand the importance of building Homes that not only serve your requirements today - but will also serve your requirements well into the future.

 

The following options are available as extras you may wish to add on to your design before building your new home. Many of these options are cheaper to install during the construction phase of a new home or extension than it is to install in an already established home.

A bit of extra money spent now during the construction phase could save you from spending large amounts of money in the future.

 

• Home Management systems

  Home Management systems can save energy while adding convenience and security to your lifestyle.

  Virtually anything in your home that runs on electricity can be programmed to turn on or off, or perform a task. You can also turn devices on or off from any location in the world where there is Internet access.

  Virtually anything in your home which runs on electricity can be programmed to turn on or off: Window shutters can be set to automatically open or shut under pre-programmed conditions, you can turn on the air conditioner before you arrive home so your house is cool or warm when you arrive. Its also possible to awake your computer at home to download email while you're at the office.

• Home Security systems

  While it's great to have a state of the art Home Theatre system in your Lounge or Home Theatre room, cables and wiring can be annoying to deal with.

  As well as Home Theatre Cabling we can also create Multi-Level Floor Systems for dedicated Home Theatre rooms just like you have at the cinemas. You’ll never have to worry about having your view of the screen obstructed by someone's head if you choose to sit in the "back row".
